This course aims to give those working with children an awareness of the likely First Aid requirements. The course is recommended by the NCMA (The National Child Minding Association) and the PLA (Preschool learning alliance), and is required by OFSTED for those working with children through local authorities. The course will satisfy the NCMAs requirements as well as placing your staff in a position where they have peace of mind that they are competent to deal with a problem should it arise.
Who Should Attend?
- All those working in out of school, pre schools, playgroups or full day care settings and caring for the under 8's (meeting OFSTED requirements).

- An awareness of likely First Aid situations which may occur when looking after children and an appropriate way of dealing with them successfully.
