Day 1: Self-paced e-learning to be completed online (study time will be approximately 6 hours long, login codes will be distributed to candidates two weeks prior to the course dates)

Day 2:Classroom-based training

The course is primarily for those working in a management or supervisory role within the industry and was created utilising ideas gained from a focus group of staff and management from top West End shows (including Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables) along with specialists from across the industry, ensuring the real issues facing managers are addressed in this highly dynamic environment.
