Training Administrator

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our training department on a full-time basis. Working closely within a small, collaborative team and reporting to the Training Administration Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the administration and smooth delivery of training courses.

Summary of Main Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various aspects of the training administration process.
• Undertaking other administration duties as dictated by the needs of the organisation
• Liaising with current and potential clients
• Booking courses, jobs and staff
• Acting as main point of contact for nominated clients
• Purchasing and sourcing training resources (books, manuals etc.)
• Sales and promotion of services

Working Hours, Salary & Location

• Location: Hastings, St Leonards, East Sussex
• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
• Rate of pay:  £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
• Additional benefits: Yearly bonus
